ENGLISH VERSION
This Cookie Policy explains how Sanmiraa Group. (“Sanmiraa”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and digital applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings described in Section 5.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website or use a digital application. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners.
In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as:
Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) — small graphic files that allow us to monitor user interactions with emails and web pages.
Local storage objects — data stored in your browser beyond the scope of traditional cookies, used to improve Platform performance.
Session tokens — temporary identifiers used to maintain secure authenticated sessions within the Platform.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies. The table below describes each type, its purpose, and examples:

3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Platform are set by trusted third-party services that we use. These third parties process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:
Analytics providers — to measure Platform performance and user behavior in aggregated, anonymized form.
Payment processors — to enable secure payment functionality; these cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
Advertising platforms — only where you have consented to marketing cookies; used to display relevant advertising on third-party sites.
Customer support tools — to enable the live chat and support functionality within the Platform.
Sanmiraa does not control the cookies set by third-party providers. If you wish to opt out of third-party cookies, please refer to the relevant provider’s opt-out mechanism or use the cookie management settings described in Section 5.
4. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following specific purposes:
Platform Security and Authentication
To verify your identity when you log in and maintain a secure session throughout your visit.
To protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks and unauthorized access.
To secure escrow transactions and financial operations on the Platform.
Platform Performance and Functionality
To remember your language, currency, and display preferences across sessions.
To store your active project state so you can resume work without losing progress.
To optimize page load times and reduce unnecessary server requests.
Analytics and Improvement
To understand which features are most used and where users encounter difficulties.
To measure the effectiveness of design changes and new features.
All analytics data is collected in anonymized, aggregated form and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Marketing (Consent-Based Only)
To display Sanmiraa advertisements on third-party platforms (retargeting) only where you have explicitly consented.
To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
To prevent showing you the same advertisement repeatedly.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You have full control over which cookies you accept, with the exception of strictly necessary cookies which are required for the Platform to function.
Cookie Settings Panel
When you first visit the Platform, a cookie consent banner will be displayed. You can use this to accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category. You can update your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of the Platform.
Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Common options include:
Viewing cookies currently stored on your device.
Blocking all cookies or cookies from specific websites.
Deleting cookies when you close your browser (session-only mode).
Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. For example, disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
For guidance on managing cookies in popular browsers:
Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Opt-Out of Analytics
You may also opt out of analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using similar tools provided by our analytics partners.
6. Cookie Retention Periods
Different cookies are retained for different periods:
Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (see table in Section 2) or until you delete them manually.
Where a cookie’s retention period is controlled by a third party, the period is defined by that provider’s policy.
We regularly review our cookie list and remove any cookies that are no longer necessary.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal that can be sent to websites to indicate that you do not wish to be tracked. At present, there is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals. Sanmiraa currently does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, but we will update this Policy if an industry standard is adopted.
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
