ENGLISH VERSION
This AI Usage Policy (“Policy”) explains how Sanmiraa Group. (“Sanmiraa”, “we”, “us”) deploys artificial intelligence tools within the Sanmiraa Platform (sanmiraa.com), what those tools are designed to do, what they are not designed to do, and the scope of Sanmiraa’s liability in connection with AI-generated outputs.
By using any AI-powered feature on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to its terms.
1. Overview of AI on the Sanmiraa Platform
Sanmiraa integrates artificial intelligence as a core component of its Platform, not as a supplementary feature. AI is used to democratise access to professional-quality interior design, reduce costs for users, accelerate the creative process, and enhance the experience of both clients and design professionals.
Sanmiraa’s AI systems are powered by a combination of proprietary models developed by Sanmiraa and third-party AI infrastructure from trusted providers. All AI systems are operated under Sanmiraa’s control and subject to this Policy.
AI on the Sanmiraa Platform does not operate independently of human oversight. It is a creative and analytical tool that assists users and supports designers — it does not replace professional design judgment, structural engineering expertise, or legally binding advice of any kind.
2. What the AI Does: Core Capabilities
2.1 Interior Design Generation
Sanmiraa’s primary AI function allows users to generate interior design concepts from minimal input. The system can:
Analyse an uploaded photograph of a room and generate redesigned interior concepts based on user-specified styles, colour palettes, furniture preferences, and budget ranges.
Produce multiple design variations from a single prompt, enabling rapid exploration of creative directions.
Apply design styles ranging from Scandinavian minimalism and mid-century modern to biophilic design, industrial aesthetic, and maximalist approaches.
Adapt outputs based on room type (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, office, commercial space).
Generate results in approximately 40 seconds per design concept under normal platform conditions.
2.2 Space Analysis
The AI analyses uploaded images to:
Identify existing architectural features (windows, doors, columns, ceiling height indicators) and incorporate them into redesigned outputs.
Estimate approximate room proportions from photographs to produce contextually appropriate furniture scale suggestions.
Detect current decor elements and offer alternatives consistent with the requested style.
2.3 Furniture and Material Recommendations
The AI provides personalised recommendations for:
Furniture pieces that match the generated design style and estimated room dimensions.
Materials, finishes, and colour palettes consistent with the design concept.
Product suggestions drawn from the Sanmiraa Marketplace catalogue where available, enabling direct purchase of recommended items.
2.4 AI-Assisted Designer Tools
For registered designers and visualizers on the Platform, the AI provides:
Reference generation: rapid production of concept visuals to share with clients at the ideation stage.
Style transfer: application of a specific aesthetic to a room image for client presentation.
Mood board assistance: AI-generated thematic collections of colours, textures, and materials.
Brief analysis: summarisation and identification of key requirements from client brief text.
2.5 Personalisation and Recommendations
Matching clients with designers whose portfolio style aligns with the AI-detected design preferences of the client.
Suggesting relevant marketplace products based on user interaction history and generated design outputs.
Adapting the Platform interface and content order based on user behaviour patterns.

4. Nature and Limitations of AI-Generated Outputs
4.1 AI Outputs Are Illustrative, Not Prescriptive
All designs, visualisations, furniture recommendations, and other content produced by Sanmiraa’s AI systems are illustrative in nature. They represent one possible creative interpretation of the user’s input and are intended to inspire, accelerate, and support the design process. They are not:
Technically accurate architectural drawings or construction plans.
Structurally verified designs safe for implementation without professional review.
Legally binding specifications for renovation, construction, or procurement.
Professional interior design services as defined by any regulatory body.
4.2 Dimensional Accuracy
AI-generated interior images are produced from photographs and user-provided descriptions. The AI does not have access to precise room measurements unless provided by the user in the form of a structured brief. As a result:
Furniture scales in AI images are approximate and may not reflect accurate proportions.
Users should always verify furniture dimensions against their actual room measurements before purchasing.
Sanmiraa accepts no liability for purchases made solely on the basis of AI-generated imagery without independent dimension verification.
4.3 Originality of AI Outputs
AI-generated designs are produced algorithmically based on training data, user inputs, and generative models. While each output is unique as generated for a specific session, Sanmiraa cannot guarantee that:
AI outputs are entirely free from resemblance to existing designs, artworks, or products.
AI outputs do not incorporate stylistic elements that might be considered derivative of existing creative works.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before commercially exploiting AI-generated designs, particularly in cases where originality or intellectual property rights are material considerations.
4.4 Technical Limitations
AI systems may occasionally produce outputs that contain:
Visual artefacts, distortions, or rendering inconsistencies.
Unrealistic or physically impossible spatial arrangements.
Colour representations that may differ from real-world finishes.
Furniture or decor items that do not exist as commercially available products.
Sanmiraa continuously works to improve output quality. Users are encouraged to report significant quality issues through the Platform’s feedback mechanism or by contacting sanmiraa2026@gmail.com.
5. Ownership of AI-Generated Content
5.1 Client Ownership
AI-generated designs created by a user using the Sanmiraa Platform belong to the user who initiated the generation session (the “Generating User”), subject to the licence granted to Sanmiraa in Section 5.3.
5.2 Limitations on Exclusive Rights
Given the algorithmic nature of AI generation, Sanmiraa cannot guarantee that AI outputs are sufficiently original to qualify for intellectual property protection in all jurisdictions. The Generating User should seek independent legal advice before asserting exclusive intellectual property rights over AI-generated outputs, particularly for commercial applications.
Users may not claim exclusive intellectual property rights over AI outputs that are substantially identical to outputs generated for other users based on similar inputs.
5.3 Sanmiraa’s Licence
By generating content using Sanmiraa’s AI tools, the user grants Sanmiraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
Use the AI output to improve, train, and refine Sanmiraa’s AI systems, in anonymised form.
Display anonymised or aggregate examples of AI outputs in Sanmiraa’s marketing materials and Platform demonstrations.
Sanmiraa will not display identifiable AI outputs linked to a specific user without that user’s consent.
5.4 Designer-Modified AI Outputs
Where a professional designer on the Platform uses AI-generated content as a starting point and substantially modifies it to produce a final design deliverable for a client, the resulting work is considered the designer’s original output, subject to the intellectual property terms in the Designer & Freelancer Agreement.
6. Prohibited Uses of AI Tools
Users must not use Sanmiraa’s AI tools to:
Generate designs or images that incorporate, reproduce, or are closely derivative of third-party copyrighted artworks, branded products, or trademarked designs without authorisation.
Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent visual content intended to misrepresent a property, product, or service.
Produce content that is discriminatory, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise in violation of Sanmiraa’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Reverse-engineer, extract, or attempt to reproduce the underlying AI models, training data, or proprietary algorithms used by Sanmiraa.
Submit automated or programmatic queries at volumes that exceed normal user behaviour without Sanmiraa’s prior written authorisation (scraping or API abuse).
Generate outputs for use in competing products or services without Sanmiraa’s prior written consent.
Circumvent any safety filters, content restrictions, or quality controls built into the AI systems.
Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, loss of AI credits, and potential legal action.
7. AI and Data Privacy
Sanmiraa’s AI systems process user-provided data (room photographs, design prompts, preference inputs) to generate outputs. The following principles govern this processing:
Room photographs uploaded for AI generation are processed for the purpose of generating design outputs and are not shared with third parties outside the Platform.
AI interaction logs (prompts and outputs) may be retained in identifiable form for up to 12 months for quality improvement and dispute resolution purposes.
After 12 months, AI logs are anonymised and may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form for model training and improvement.
Users may request deletion of their AI interaction history at any time by contacting sanmiraa2026@gmail.com.
Photographs of rooms may contain incidental personal data (such as visible faces or personal belongings). Sanmiraa’s AI systems are not designed to process or store this incidental personal data. Users should consider removing personally identifiable content from photographs before upload where privacy is a concern.
Full details of data processing practices are set out in Sanmiraa’s Privacy Policy, available at sanmiraa.com.
