ENGLISH VERSION
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) describe how we expect everyone on the Sanmiraa Platform (sanmiraa.com), operated by Sanmiraa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Sanmiraa”), to communicate and behave — in chats, messages, reviews, comments, public profiles, and any other interactive space on the Platform.
Sanmiraa brings together clients, designers, visualizers, and suppliers from many countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds. These Guidelines exist to keep that environment respectful, productive, and safe.
These Guidelines work alongside Sanmiraa’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use. Where this document gives day-to-day guidance on tone and conduct, the Acceptable Use Policy sets out the formal rules and consequences for violations.
1. Our Core Principles
treat every person with courtesy, regardless of disagreement.Respect:
communicate clearly and constructively.Clarity:
Sanmiraa is a professional marketplace; conduct that would be inappropriate in a workplace is inappropriate here too.Professionalism:
our community spans many countries and cultures — be mindful of language and tone across that diversity.Inclusivity:
represent yourself, your work, and your feedback accurately.Honesty:
2. Chat and Messaging Etiquette
2.1 Keep Conversations On-Platform
All project-related communication should take place through Sanmiraa’s messaging system. This keeps a clear record for dispute resolution, ensures escrow protections apply, and gives our support team the context needed to help.
2.2 Response Times
Aim to acknowledge new messages within 24–48 hours.
If you need more time — say so. “I’ll have a full answer by Thursday” is far better than silence.
If you’re going to be unavailable, set your availability status on the Platform.
2.3 Tone in Written Communication
Lead with context before critique — explain the goal before pointing out what needs to change.
Avoid ALL CAPS and excessive punctuation (“???”, “!!!”) that can read as demands.
When frustrated, draft a message, wait a few minutes, then re-read before sending.
Emojis and informal language are fine in moderation — match the tone the other person is using.
3. Giving and Receiving Feedback
Design is subjective, and disagreement over taste is normal. How feedback is given and received shapes the entire working relationship.
3.1 Giving Feedback (Clients)
“I’d like the sofa to be a warmer tone” is more useful than “I don’t like it.”Be specific:
make clear whether something is stylistic or functional.Separate preference from problem:
if a request goes beyond scope, say so explicitly.Reference the brief:
specific positive feedback significantly improves collaboration.Acknowledge good work:
3.2 Receiving Feedback (Designers & Visualizers)
most critical feedback comes from a client wanting the best result.Assume good intent:
if feedback is vague, ask for specifics.Ask clarifying questions:
if you disagree on professional grounds, explain why.Explain your reasoning:
if a request falls outside agreed scope, say so promptly.Set expectations early:
4. Reviews and Ratings
focus on work, communication, and professionalism.Review the experience, not the person:
“Delivery was 4 days late with no notice” is more useful than “terrible service.”Be specific and constructive:
consider whether issues were within the other Party’s control.Be fair to context:
use the appropriate dispute channel instead.Don’t use reviews for unrelated disputes:
Genuine negative reviews are a normal and valuable part of the Platform. They are not removed simply because the subject disagrees with them.
5. Respecting Differences
Sanmiraa’s community spans Russia, India, and many international markets. To keep this a welcoming space:
Avoid assumptions about background, taste, or budget based on name, nationality, or location.
Be patient with language differences — many users are communicating in a second or third language.
Avoid generalisations about national design preferences presented as fact.
Respect that budgets and timelines unusual in one market may be standard in another.
6. What’s Encouraged vs. What’s Not Allowed
ENCOURAGED
NOT ALLOWED
Clear, specific feedback on design work
Vague criticism without actionable detail
Constructive disagreement about design direction
Personal attacks or insults toward the other party
Asking questions to clarify a brief or revision
Repeated demands disguised as questions to pressure
Setting boundaries on availability
Pressuring someone to respond outside working hours
Honest reviews reflecting a real experience
Coordinated or incentivised fake reviews
Friendly, informal tone where appropriate
Language that is sexual, discriminatory, or harassing
Politely declining a project that isn’t a good fit
Ghosting a Party mid-project without communication
Sharing reference images through the Platform
Sending unsolicited marketing or spam through chat
7. Conflict and Disagreement
Address the issue directly and promptly through the Platform’s messaging system.
Focus on the specific issue rather than broadening the dispute.
If a direct conversation doesn’t resolve things, Sanmiraa’s support team can help facilitate informally.
For disputes that genuinely cannot be resolved directly, use Sanmiraa’s Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy.
A calm, factual approach consistently produces better outcomes than escalation in writing.
8. Reporting Concerns
If a conversation or content makes you uncomfortable, or you believe someone has violated these Guidelines, please report it.
Use the “Report” option on messages, profiles, reviews, and Listings throughout the Platform.
For urgent concerns, email sanmiraa2026@gmail.com with the subject “COMMUNITY CONCERN”.
Reports are reviewed by Sanmiraa’s moderation team and kept confidential to the extent possible.
You will not be penalised for reporting a genuine concern in good faith.

The Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy, for structured resolution of disputes.
The Moderation Policy, which governs how Sanmiraa reviews reported content.
