ENGLISH VERSION

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules of conduct that apply to all users of the Sanmiraa Platform (sanmiraa.com), operated by Sanmiraa Group. (“Sanmiraa”). It applies to every person and entity that accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity: clients, designers, freelancers, visualizers, marketplace suppliers, visitors, and any other users (collectively, “Users”).

This AUP supplements Sanmiraa’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Platform agreements. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and another Platform document, the more restrictive provision applies.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of any provision of this AUP may result in content removal, account restriction, account suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The Sanmiraa Platform is designed to be a safe, professional, and trusted environment for the creation, exchange, and commercialisation of interior design services and products. This AUP exists to:

Protect users from harm, abuse, fraud, and exploitation.

Maintain the integrity, quality, and trustworthiness of the Platform.

Ensure compliance with applicable law in all jurisdictions where Sanmiraa operates.

Preserve the intellectual property rights of creators and professionals on the Platform.

Prevent misuse of Sanmiraa’s AI tools, escrow infrastructure, and data systems.

2. Identity and Account Integrity

All users must maintain honest and accurate account information. The following are prohibited:

Registering with false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, ratings, bans, or Platform policies.

Impersonating another individual, business, designer, brand, or entity — whether real or fictitious.

Allowing any other person to access or use your account, including sharing login credentials.

Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to create or manage accounts without Sanmiraa’s written authorisation.

Falsely claiming professional qualifications, certifications, awards, or affiliations in your Profile or communications.

3. Prohibited Content

Users must not create, upload, submit, share, or distribute any content on the Platform that:

3.1 Illegal or Harmful Content

Violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order in any jurisdiction.

Promotes, facilitates, or glorifies illegal activity, including but not limited to theft, violence, trafficking, or drug trade.

Contains material that is defamatory, libellous, or constitutes unlawful harassment of any individual or entity.

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

Infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Reproduces, distributes, or commercially exploits copyrighted works (including designs, images, photographs, software, or text) without authorisation.

Submits work as original that was created by a third party, or AI-generated work without appropriate disclosure.

Uses Sanmiraa’s branding, logo, platform name, or proprietary assets for unauthorised purposes.

3.3 Harmful, Offensive, or Discriminatory Content

Contains hate speech, content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or extremist ideology.

Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive in the context of professional Platform use.

Targets, harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users.

3.4 Misleading or Deceptive Content

Contains false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information about a product, service, qualification, or project.

Uses manipulated or fraudulent images, reviews, ratings, or testimonials.

Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass promotional messaging.

Impersonates Sanmiraa, its employees, or its communications.

4. Prohibited Commercial Practices

The following commercial practices are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

4.1 Off-Platform Transactions

Soliciting clients or designers to conduct transactions outside the Platform with the intent to circumvent Sanmiraa’s commission, escrow, or dispute resolution system.

Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, personal email addresses, external payment links) with the explicit purpose of moving a transaction off-platform.

Accepting payment for a Platform-initiated order through any channel other than the Platform’s payment system.

4.2 Fraud and Manipulation

Submitting false, fabricated, or manipulated evidence in any dispute or arbitration proceeding.

Artificially inflating your own rating through fake reviews, purchased reviews, or coordinated self-promotion.

Using bots, automated scripts, or coordinated accounts to manipulate search rankings, review scores, or Platform metrics.

Creating fictitious orders, disputes, or refund requests.

Offering bribes, incentives, or discounts in exchange for positive reviews.

4.3 Pricing Manipulation

Setting prices with the deliberate intent to deceive (e.g. inflating base prices to simulate discounts).

Applying false scarcity or urgency tactics that misrepresent the availability of a service or product.

4.4 Marketplace Violations

Listing products that are counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.

Misrepresenting the origin, composition, specifications, or safety certifications of any product.

Fulfilling Marketplace orders with products materially different from the listed description.

5. Prohibited Technical Conduct

Users must not engage in any technical conduct that interferes with, undermines, or exploits the Platform or its users:

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, another user’s account, or Sanmiraa’s backend systems.

Introducing or transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code through the Platform.

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the Platform or its AI systems.

Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools without Sanmiraa’s prior written authorisation.

Conducting load testing, penetration testing, or security vulnerability assessments of the Platform without Sanmiraa’s explicit written consent.

Interfering with the availability, performance, or integrity of the Platform or its infrastructure.

Using the Platform’s messaging, notification, or content systems to deliver spam or unsolicited communications at scale.

Submitting programmatic or automated queries to Sanmiraa’s AI tools beyond the scope of normal individual user activity.

6. Prohibited Data Practices

The following uses of data obtained through or in connection with the Platform are prohibited:

Collecting, storing, or processing personal data of other Platform users beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfil a Platform transaction.

Using personal data obtained through the Platform to contact other users outside the Platform for marketing, solicitation, or any non-transactional purpose.

Selling, renting, or sharing personal data of Platform users with any third party.

Combining personal data obtained from the Platform with external data sets to build profiles of Platform users.

Using the Platform to conduct surveillance, stalking, or unauthorised monitoring of any individual.

7. Professional Conduct Standards

All users engaging in professional interactions on the Platform — including communications with clients, designers, suppliers, and Sanmiraa staff — must maintain the following standards:

Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Personal attacks, verbal abuse, threats, and intimidation are prohibited.

Respond to messages, order confirmations, and dispute requests within reasonable timeframes.

Honour commitments made through the Platform, including agreed delivery timelines, project scopes, and pricing.

Not engage in discriminatory conduct based on the nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation of another user.

Not use the Platform’s messaging system for purposes unrelated to Platform transactions (e.g. spam, chain messages, political messaging).

8. Prohibited Uses of Sanmiraa’s AI Tools

In addition to the AI Usage Policy, the following uses of Sanmiraa’s AI tools constitute AUP violations:

Generating content designed to deceive, manipulate, or defraud other users or third parties.

Producing AI designs or content that knowingly incorporates or closely imitates trademarked, patented, or copyrighted works.

Using AI-generated content to misrepresent the nature, quality, or extent of work completed by a designer.

Attempting to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary parameters from Sanmiraa’s AI systems through adversarial inputs or other technical means.

Using AI tools to generate content that is discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or designed to harass a specific individual.

9. Consequences of Violations

Sanmiraa takes AUP violations seriously. The severity of enforcement action will depend on the nature, gravity, and frequency of the violation:

Abuse of dispute system (bad-faith disputes, fabricated evidence)

Data protection violation (unauthorised data use, selling user data)

Immediate account termination; reporting to relevant data protection authorities.

Sanmiraa will make reasonable efforts to notify a user of any enforcement action and the reason for it, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by applicable law. Users may submit a reconsideration request to sanmiraa2026@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving an enforcement notice.

10. Reporting Violations

Sanmiraa encourages all users to report suspected violations of this AUP. Reports contribute directly to the safety and integrity of the Platform.

Violations may be reported:

Through the “Report” function available on any user Profile, Listing, or message within the Platform.

By email to sanmiraa2026@gmail.com with the subject line “AUP VIOLATION REPORT”, including a description of the issue, the relevant order or user ID, and any supporting evidence.

Sanmiraa will acknowledge all reports within 5 business days and will take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP. The identity of reporting users is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Sanmiraa does not tolerate retaliation against users who report AUP violations in good faith. Any user found to be retaliating against a reporter will themselves be subject to enforcement action.

11. Sanmiraa’s Rights

Sanmiraa reserves the right to:

Remove any content that violates this AUP or that Sanmiraa, in its reasonable judgment, considers harmful, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the Platform.

Restrict, suspend, or terminate any user account for violation of this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Retain and share evidence of AUP violations with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or appropriate.

Update, modify, or expand this AUP at any time to address new risks, technologies, or regulatory requirements.

Take legal action against users whose violations cause material harm to Sanmiraa, other users, or third parties.

12. Amendments

Sanmiraa may update this AUP at any time. Updates will be published at sanmiraa.com with a revised effective date. For material changes, users will be notified by email or through a Platform notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
